TerminatorPath
Terminator. Terminates a particle when it crosses a user-defined 2D path.
The path acts as a boundary. When selected in the editor, the path can be visually edited in the Preview window. Useful for creating boundaries that particles cannot cross, such as ground planes or containment areas.
Path direction
Arrows on the segments show which way the path runs, and the Reverse Direction button in the toolbar flips it while keeping the path's exact shape, including Bezier handles.
For a terminator the direction is cosmetic: the path is treated as a boundary, and crossing it terminates a particle regardless of which way the path was drawn. Reversing is offered here mainly for consistency with the rest of the path editor, and to keep the arrows readable when the same shape is used elsewhere.
Input:
- Position (input): The particle position to check against the path boundary.
