PROFESSIONAL PLAN USER AGREEMENT

This Professional Plan User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (as an individual or a legal entity) and Effectico OÜ, registered in Estonia under registration number 16250064 (hereinafter referred to as "Effectico," "we," "us," or "our"), which sets forth the terms and conditions for using the Professional subscription plan for the NeutrinoParticles Editor software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").

1. Transparency and Use

1.1 Transparency: This subscription plan is designed to be as transparent as possible for companies and individual users who wish to create effects for commercial products or earn money by creating effects.

1.2 Use of Effects: The use of effects is allowed in any type of product, whether commercial or non-commercial.

2. Sub-Accounts

2.1 Sub-Accounts: Companies can add sub-accounts for employees. The main account controls and pays for all sub-accounts.

3. Payment

3.1 Monthly Payment: Payment is made monthly. The cost is €30 per month for each developer using NeutrinoParticles Editor. This price does not include VAT. 3.2 Disabling Main Account Export: It is possible to disable the export and payment option for the main account if the main account is created only for management purposes, not for exporting.

4. Adding and Deleting Sub-Accounts

4.1 Mid-Month Addition: If a sub-account is added in the middle of the month, the remaining portion of the month is paid for that sub-account. The next month for this sub-account will be charged in full. 

4.2 Mid-Month Deletion: When a sub-account is deleted in the middle of the month, the remaining funds are not refunded. 

4.3 Unpaid Sub-Account: If a sub-account is added but not paid for, it cannot export effects. At the beginning of the next month, it will be added to the main bill and activated during the monthly payment.

5. Changes to the Agreement

Effectico reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. We will notify customers of changes two months before they take effect via email.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
