We are happy to announce, that the Payment System is enabled from now on. So everything is ready for you to switch to other pricing plans.

If you are an individual developer:

At the end of the Trial period, you will need to switch to one of the pricing plans. Please, make sure you have enough credit on your account to make the purchase. We are recommending you to check the payments a couple of days before switching to a new pricing plan to prevent any delays with the service in case of any problems.

If you are a company:

You probably want to take advantage of our Sub-account system in order to manage your employees from one master account.

If you already have your employees registered accounts, follow these simple steps below to move their accounts to the sub-accounts:

1. Provide us with a list of your employees registered accounts which you would like them to be sub-accounted. Just send an email to info@neutrinoparticles.com with a list and a short comment.

2. After we receive the list, we will delete all provided accounts.

3. If you don't have a manager's account, please register it, as usual, then login.

4. Switch your manager's account to one of the pricing plans that supports sub-accounts ("Professional" or "Corporate").

5. Add the sub-accounts in the profile of your manager's account.

That's it. Now your employees are able to use services with their new accounts.

If you don't have your employees registered accounts, please, follow steps 3-5 of the above instruction.

If you would not use services often:

We are working on the possibility to use our services for free. It will be a pricing plan with a limited number of effects in a period of one or two weeks.

Until then, you can set your account ON-HOLD time after time when you don’t need to use the service. Read more...
