NeutrinoParticles is upgraded! Again.

We are happy to introduce upgraded services of NeutrinoParticles. This upgrade includes a complete new website which provides new possibilities for account-management and some improvements for the Editor. 

Important

We are doing our best to make switching to the new services as smooth and easy as possible. However, sometimes some issues might happen, therefore, we strongly suggest you to download the new editor from our website and test it with your development environment. In case of any issues, please contact us at info@neutrinoparticles.com and we will fix them as soon as possible.

Website & account changes

The main difference of the new website (beside the obvious design changes) is the possibility to manage sub-accounts. So, if you are a company, you might want to have one account for the manager, who will be responsible for the financial, and create several sub-accounts for your employees who will share the export services with the manager and each other.

Editor

The Editor has a new bug reporting system and in case of any crash, you will be suggested to send a bug report to the server. In a couple of seconds, our developers will receive notification of the issue and will start to fix it as soon as possible. Also, other small fixes are made.

Services become payable

All your accounts are imported to the new website and switched to the Trial pricing plan. It will be finished in three weeks. After that, you will need to choose one of the paid pricing plans to continue using services.
Please note, that payments are in the testing phase and disabled now. It will be enabled before the Trial period is finished. You will receive an additional notification about that.

Password reset

The new website has initiated the passwords reset, and you will be notified about the new password on your emails. Please, feel free to change them in your profile on the website.

What's next?

Next three weeks you can just use services as usual and consume your Trial plan. When payments are enabled we will send you a notification and additional instructions for company users on how to make all their employees accounts as sub-accounts to manage them easily.
